The whistleblower has been a Nevada State Informant since March 2003, passing on hundreds of tips and consumer contacts in regards to D R Horton's intrastate racketeering.  The below 'State Informant' files are communications with the state regarding consumer complaints found at the "Silence of the Lambs" tab to the right.  Other information included the corruption of a Nevada State Commissioner, as well as the names of D R Horton's crimminal conspirators, many of whom already reprimanded by the state or found gulty in the courts.  See the Supreme Court tab under "Betsinger Case." State Informant The whistleblower has been a federal informant since March 2003.  When the government asked for documents, he supplied the information.  The Department of Justice, HUD, FTC, SEC, FBI and others were forwarded the contact information for D R Horton's victims as they were found.  All the while, the racketeers filed incessant retaliatory actions against the whistleblower.  Retaliation included filing professional complaints, interfering with the the whistleblower's web sites, filing court motions to chill first amendment speech, bombing his truck and making other threats all in an attempt to conceal their $500,000,000.00+ enterprise called predatory loan origination. All the officers and chief corporate counsel at D R Horton knew that their RICO schemes had been discovered since 2003.  They were served with court process in 2005, and received numerous summons from Nevada, California, Texas, Virginia, ....., and the federal circuits.  The officers at D R Horton were all so well connected that they dismissed court process with disdain.  In 2007, the whistleblower discovered that the $11 billion RICO operating corporation had also bought judicial officials.  That explained their disdain.  See "Judicial Corruption" tab.
