D R Horton's consumers are fleeced after their 'forfeitable' deposits are in escrow.  Thereafter they are like lambs off to slaughter.  The first 20 victims were simply found by talking to neighbors in two of D R Horton's communities.  If you talk to your neighbors you will find that they too have been fleeced in some way by the billion dollar builder. 

Clarice, Agent Starling, Hanibal Lechter, and Fava Beans are four files containing about 300 consumer emails.  These nationwide D R Horton consumer-victims were found during a sponsored web campaign.  Coincidentally, the web master's truck was bombed at the height of exposure of D R Horton's racketeering.  Each file describes D R Horton's various RICO activities including bait and switch mortgage terms, bait and switch building materials, misrepresented land, breach of warranty and intentional corner cutting construction defects among other schemes.
