After discovering D R Horton's nationwide racketeering, including the corruption of yet another Nevada official, Patrick
Missud sent a package of evidence to Nevada's Supreme Court. That high court then sent notice to the state's top cop
that they should investigate Missud. The Nevada Attorney General's Criminal Division then told the Nevada State Bar
to take action and investigate Missud. The state bar then sent Phillip Pattee to accost Missud's attorney after a hearing
to ensure that Missud would be unable to continue his case and expose the state of Nevada. Following Missud's attorney's
withdrawal (he was quite good and very honest) the court signed Donald Horton's Motion to "$eal" quietly in chambers.
